Local Sussex artist Sally Scott credits the simple everyday things which are so often over looked for the inspiration of her paintings. Residing on the edge of the Ashdown Forest the tumbling expanses of landscape and magical woodlands are a ready catalyst for the originality and vision captured in Scott's water colours.

Sally Scott's official ventures into the art world began with a humble market stall back in 1996, which progressed into running a small independent gallery and framing business for seven years.

But ultimately it is Scott's passion for wildlife and the attraction of the rolling sussex countryside which draw her back to her own creativity and drawing board. Scott is also a presenter on a painting and arts television channel.

The work of New York born French fine art photographer Camillia Langoux evokes a sense of memory, of childhood, and of loss.  Particularly in the series A la Recherche du Temps Perdu/Rememberance of Things Past, Langoux's images capture a sense of haunting beauty, echoing the fading dreamlike quality of memory. Langoux draws associations from Elizabeth Loftus's sentiment that for humans the remembered past is stored as memory to provide a kind of clarification and framework for what we think of as our 'self'.

Here at Pople Web Design we created this site for Kaycee. The site was developed with a focus on the companies products. The outcome of this enables customers to make an informed decision regarding which Kaycee product is suitable for their purposes.

Pople Web Design believe that in the future Kaycee will convert this site into an e-commerce site. When creating their site it was important to bear this future change in mind. Therefore it was necessary to pay particular attention to this detail, and spend a period of time considering the sights potential for future evolution during the sites conception and design. Thereby ensuring that Kaycee received not just the quality site that they expect, but also giving them the possibility that a prospective improvement could be implemented both simply and efficiently by making the transition to a e-commerce site. This would prove to be cost effective, and provide fast return on investment.

After Pople web design had completed the Douch Partners website, we were asked to create a website for Douch partners Glass and Glazing division. This was developed as a blueprint of the Douch Partners original site, but consisted of different content, logos, flash, and images. Using our CMS we easily replicated the site and went through making the necessary changes. The simplicity of the work meant we could reduce our price by 40%, at the same time doubling the DP presence on the internet.

This family run business stock a complete range of brushes, rollers, fillers etc providing everything both the amateur and professional decorator could require.

Pople Web Design were requested to work from an existing site design and put it on-line in a functional and appealing way. We added a few useful tools like the "google map"which allows anyone to see exactly where Aldridge and Trillwood are located, and plan a route directly to them quickly and easily.

Rose Dixie is an immensely talented young artist who's work is innately intriguing and compelling. Dixie's creative process finds its roots in the discipline of drawing, which she identifies as being the activity which gives structure and form to exploring her creative process and intent.

Dixie's intuitive study of the figurative form seems to potently communicate an inherent fascination with the very human capacity for emotive expression, and the opportunity this gives rise to for emphatic interpretation.

This uniquely human trait for potential sensitivity and expression is the very foundation from which springs the complex relationship evoked between the artist and the viewer.

This website is a simple project that Dixie helped create, Pople Web Design simply provided the basic design and tools with which Dixie could create a functional website to promote her work. And when it was needed Pople Web Design provided help and advice.

Pedlars.info This site was designed as a resource for pedlars, giving information about the rights of people working as pedlars, and the current and future legislation that affects them, its primary interest is the protection of pedlars rights, this is a community site that is filled out largely by our client to reduce costs.

With traffic to this site doubling each month from 30 to 150 to 300 over three months we expect allot of traffic to this site and are more than happy to be involved with a project that aims to protect the rights of the British people.
